Consortium partners meet in Ghent
Ahead of opening their own medical research centre, a team from India’s Translational Health Science and Technology Institute (THSTI) visited the University of Ghent’s CEVAC centre.
THSTI and the University of Ghent are both consortium partners in the INDIGO project. CEVAC is a dedicated vaccine trial centre, and its personnel shared their expertise in early-phase clinical trials with the THSTI team, who will soon start conducting clinical studies to create faster access to novel vaccines and therapies for the Indian population.
“We are looking forward to a future of collaboration, and we wish them good luck with their grand opening!” CEVAC said on LinkedIn.
